近日,枣庄市编办对市人社局拟下达的2013年公务员招考计划,进行了认真审核把关,通过审核及时发现了有关问题,并通知市人社局予以纠正。取消了4个单位的招考计划,调整了3个单位的招考计划,防止了超编下达招考计划情况的发生,从源头上杜绝了超编进人,维护了机构编制管理的权威性和有效性。在具体审核中坚持了以下三项原则:
