目的:建立肉蔻四神丸的定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中木香、吴茱萸、白芍、肉豆蔻、白术5味药进行鉴别;利用高效液相色谱法测定补骨脂中补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的含量,采用Agilent XDB-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱,流速以乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为245 nm。结果:薄层鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好;补骨脂素与异补骨脂素分别在0.036~1.77μg和0.036~1.82μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.3%和98.1%。结论:该方法重复性好,可用于肉蔻四神丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative method of Nutuo Sishen Pills. Methods: The contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in psoralen were determined by TLC. The contents of psoralen, isoflavone, white peony root, nutmeg and Atractylodes macrocephala were identified by TLC. , Using an Agilent XDB-C18 (5 μm, 4.6 mm × 150 mm) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (30:70) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 245 nm. Results: The TLC spots were clear and the resolution was good. Psoralen and isopsoralen showed good linearity in the range of 0.036-1.77μg and 0.036-1.82μg, respectively. The average recovery (n = 9) 99.3% and 98.1%. Conclusion: This method has good reproducibility and can be used for quality control of the nutmeg pill.
