在分析测试工作中,常常是先将被测组分的标准含量对测得的响应值作图,绘制成工作曲线后,再根据工作曲线求出试样中被测组分的含量。这里所说的工作曲线,实际上包含了响应值与被测组分含量之间的函数关系。不同测试方法中的各种函数关系,均可用函数y=f(x)来表示。但是,实际测试工作中除了利用函数式研究响应值与被测组分含量之间的关系外,经常要涉及到确定函数式中各项系数的问题;也要涉及到评价两个变量之间线性关系好坏的问题;甚至还要涉及到对测试结果进行估计的问题等等。要解决这些问题,必须运用数理统计方法中的回归分析和相关
