本文以上海某别墅毛细管辐射吊顶+置换通风空调系统为工程实例,对毛细管辐射空调系统开启和关闭时系统的动态变化特性进行了实验研究,深入分析了系统开机阶段、间歇运行、关机阶段室内空气温、湿度及辐射板表面温度等参数的变化规律,实验结果表明,降低送风含湿量可缩短预除湿时间,降低毛细管末端供水温度可缩短室内温度稳定时间。本实验研究为毛细管辐射空调系统的工程设计优化及控制策略制定提供了实用的理论依据。
In this paper, an example of the capillary ceiling-ceiling + replacement ventilation and air-conditioning system in a villa in Shanghai is taken as an example to study the dynamic characteristics of the system when the capillary air-conditioning and air-conditioning system is switched on and off. In-depth analysis of the system startup, Temperature and humidity, and the surface temperature of the radiant panel. The experimental results show that reducing the moisture content of the air supply can shorten the pre-dehumidification time and decrease the temperature of the water supply at the capillary end to shorten the indoor temperature stabilization time. The experimental study provides a practical theoretical basis for engineering design optimization and control strategy of capillary radiant air conditioning system.
