本文报导东亚钳蝎(Buthus martensii Karsch) 毒及用柱层析法从粗毒中纯化的抗癫痫肽(Anti-epilepsy Peptide AEP)对麻醉兔ECG、血压、呼吸和ECOG的作用,以及对离体蟾蜍坐骨神经动作电位的影响。1.对麻醉兔血压、心电、呼吸的影响取1.8~2.5kg兔10只,雌雄兼有,戊巴比妥钠40mg/kg、iv麻醉,用光电RM-46型多导仪监视并记录颈总动脉血压。标Ⅱ导联ECG和呼吸曲线。记录正常曲线15分钟,然后将动物随机平均分为两组。一组iv蝎毒0.5mg/kg。注射后记录上述生理曲线60分钟,待各项指标恢复正常后,再次ⅳ同等剂量蝎毒,并记录生理曲线60分钟。另一组iv抗癲痫肽1.42mg/kg,记录生理曲线60分钟,恢复正常后,用微量注射器向侧脑室注入抗癫痫肽5μg,然后记录生理曲线60分钟。以每15分钟为一个计算单位,结果见表1。
