去氢紫堇碱(Dehydrocorydaline,DHC)为延胡索中提取的生物碱,对冠心病、心肌梗塞等疾病有较好疗效。本文观察了DHC对ADP诱导的兔血小板聚集的影响及对AA诱导的丙二醛(MDA)生成的作用。 材料与方法 DHC由天津药物所提供,使用时用生理盐水配制。AA和ADP为Sigma产品。AA以1N Na_2CO_3溶液配成33mmol/L浓度,ADP用0.1mol/L PBS配成5×10~(-4)mol/L的ADP磷酸缓冲液。硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)800mg溶于10ml20%NaOH溶液中,用70%高氯酸调pH至7.4,加重蒸水100ml,最后加7%高氯酸50ml。
Dehydrochondaline (DHC) is an alkaloid extracted from Corydalis yanhusuo and has a good effect on diseases such as coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction. This article investigated the effect of DHC on ADP-induced rabbit platelet aggregation and its effect on AA-induced malondialdehyde (MDA) production. Materials and Methods DHC was provided by Tianjin Pharmaceutical and formulated with saline when used. AA and ADP are Sigma products. AA was mixed with 1N Na_2CO_3 solution to a concentration of 33mmol / L, ADP was diluted with 0.1mol / L PBS to 5 × 10 ~ (-4) mol / L ADP phosphate buffer. Thiobarbituric acid (TBA) 800mg dissolved in 10ml20% NaOH solution, with 70% perchloric acid adjusted to pH 7.4, add 100ml of distilled water, and finally add 7% perchloric acid 50ml.
