通过运用comsol multiphysics软件,对不同温湿度耦合条件下C30、C40路面混凝土内部产生的应力、应变对比分析。结果表明:不同温、湿度环境下,路面混凝土内部应力主要集中于板体顶端和棱角、各边和板体中部。C40路面混凝土在温、湿度耦合作用下更易产生应力集中,且最大内应力是相同环境下C30路面混凝土的1.2倍左右;C30路面混凝土更容易产生内部形变,最大内应变可达相同环境下C40路面混凝土的1.1~1.4倍,这种现象在温、湿度均存在大梯度循环的耦合作用下更加明显。
Through the application of comsol multiphysics software, the stress and strain in C30 and C40 pavement concrete under different temperature and humidity coupling conditions were compared. The results show that under different temperature and humidity conditions, the internal stress of pavement concrete mainly concentrates on the top and edges of the plate, the sides and the middle of the plate. C40 pavement concrete is more prone to stress concentration under the coupling of temperature and humidity, and the maximum internal stress is about 1.2 times that of C30 pavement concrete in the same environment; C30 pavement concrete is more likely to have internal deformation and the maximum internal strain can reach C40 pavement under the same environment 1.1 to 1.4 times that of concrete. This phenomenon is more obvious under the coupling effect of large gradient of temperature and humidity.
