笔者下乡走访一些乡镇、村 ,听到有两种说法 :乡镇干部说现在的工作越来越难做了 ,村里的大小事务由村民自主决定 ,连乡统筹提留、计划生育等一些任务也难以顺利完成。村干部则说 ,我是村民群众选上来的 ,自然要对村民负责 ,对其它的就靠后考虑。这是在实行村民自治后一些地方?
