根据无刷直流电机的发展,将转速外环模糊控制和电流内环PI控制相结合,设计了双闭环直流调速系统控制方案。通过模块化、集成设计,试制了无刷直流电机控制器样板,以C语言编程实现了转速环模糊控制算法和电流环PI控制算法。搭建了无刷直流电机调速系统试验平台,试验结果表明所设计的无刷直流电机控制器,响应快、超调小、实时性好,保证了良好的稳态和动态性能。
According to the development of BLDCM, the control strategy of double closed-loop DC speed control system is designed by combining the fuzzy control of rotating speed outer loop with PI control of current inner loop. Through modularized and integrated design, prototype of brushless DC motor controller was trial manufactured, and speed loop fuzzy control algorithm and current loop PI control algorithm were realized by C language programming. The test platform of brushless DC motor speed regulation system is set up. The test results show that the designed brushless DC motor controller has fast response, small overshoot and good real-time performance, which ensures good steady-state and dynamic performance.
