构建了研发团队创新开放度与团队创新绩效之间的作用机理模型;通过问卷调查方式收集数据,运用结构方程模型(SEM)进行验证,揭示了研发团队创新开放度与团队创新绩效正相关作用、吸收能力的部分中介作用、创新氛围的调节作用。
