以4,4′-联吡啶为额外氢键受体对双酚A-苯胺型聚苯并恶嗪(PBA-a)中的氢键进行调控。采用DSC、FTIR、DMA和薄膜拉伸测试研究了4,4′-联吡啶对共混物固化行为、氢键结构、交联密度及力学性能的影响。结果表明,4,4′-联吡啶可降低苯并恶嗪的固化温度,可与PBA-a中的酚羟基形成TypeⅡ型—OH…N氢键,降低PBA-a中—OH···N氢键(TypeⅠ型—OH…N氢键)含量,进而改善聚合,提高共混物化学交联密度,提升拉伸性能、改善韧性。
Hydrogen bonding in bisphenol A-aniline polybenzoxazine (PBA-a) is regulated by 4,4’-dipyridyl as an additional hydrogen bond acceptor. The effects of 4,4’-dipyridyl on the curing behavior, hydrogen bonding structure, crosslinking density and mechanical properties of the blends were investigated by DSC, FTIR, DMA and tensile test. The results showed that 4,4’-dipyridyl can reduce the curing temperature of benzoxazine, and can form TypeⅡ-OH ... N hydrogen bond with the phenolic hydroxyl group in PBA-a to decrease the content of -OH · N Hydrogen bond (Type Ⅰ-OH ... N hydrogen bond) content, thereby improving the polymerization, increasing the chemical crosslinking density of the blend, improving the tensile properties and improving the toughness.
