员工多元化的研究呈现出“歧视——冲突——和谐多元”的演进路径。歧视和冲突的消除策略强调受歧视对象的被动适应和冲突双方的妥协,未能从根本上解决相关问题。员工多元化的研究借鉴和吸收了歧视和冲突的相关研究成果,统筹考量了员工多元化正反两方面的效应,使组织可以在规避员工多元化负面效应的同时,充分发挥员工多元化的潜在竞争优势。员工多元化的研究是对歧视和冲突研究的扬弃。
The diversity of employees shows a gradual path of “discrimination-conflict-harmony and diversity.” Discrimination and conflict elimination strategies emphasize the passive adaptation of victims of discrimination and the compromise of both parties in conflict and fail to solve the related problems fundamentally. Employee diversity research is a sublation of discrimination and conflict research.
