一、前言近来,在马拉松席卷全球的运动中,在我国举办国际马拉松比赛大会的机会也多了起来。外国著名运动员纷纷参加,看他们比赛的机会也多起来。在观看比赛过程中,首先给我留下印象的就是水的补充方法,水的补充是从回程起开始补充。这可以说是我国通常的作法。可是,在外国运动员中,有比较早地开始给水的情况。在马拉松赛中,最初的给水地点是放在5公里处,因此,有人很早就开始补充饮料。一般来说,开始跑到5公里左右是没有口渴感觉的。因此,这给我们留下这样一个印象,他们是否不管生理上的欲望如何,而是按一定计划补充饮料的。
I. Preface Recently, in the marathon that swept the world, there are more chances to host an international marathon conference in our country. Famous foreign athletes have participated in the competition to see them more opportunities. The first thing that struck me in watching the game was water replenishment, which was replenished from the beginning of the trip. This can be said to be the usual practice in our country. However, among foreign athletes, there is a case where water supply is started earlier. In the marathon, the initial watering location was just 5 kilometers away, so some people began to replenish their drinks very early. In general, there is no sense of thirst when it begins to run about 5 km. So it leaves us with the impression that regardless of their physical desires, it is a matter of replenishing the drinks according to a certain plan.
