建立了气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定塑料运动杯中抗氧化剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚(BHT)的方法。对聚丙烯(PP)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚苯乙烯(PS)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)5种材质的塑料运动杯中的BHT进行分析检测,并对塑料运动杯中抗氧化剂BHT进行定性、定量、精密度和加标回收试验。结果显示,两种加标水平下的样品回收率分别为96.3%和97.5%,相对标准偏差分别为6.49%和9.62%,线性系数大于0.999,定量下限为0.01mg/L,可用外标法定量。结果表明,该方法具有简捷、快速高效、灵敏度高和准确性高等优点。
A method for the determination of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-methylphenol (BHT) in plastic sports cups by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was established. BHT in a plastic sports cup made of five materials of PP, PC, PE, PS and PET Analysis and testing, and the plastic sports cup antioxidants BHT qualitative, quantitative, precision and spike recovery test. The results showed that the recoveries of samples at the two spiked levels were 96.3% and 97.5%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 6.49% and 9.62% respectively. The linearity coefficient was greater than 0.999 and the lower limit of quantitation was 0.01 mg / L. . The results show that the method has the advantages of simple, fast and efficient, high sensitivity and high accuracy.
