以往,在切削φ12~16mm孔时,由于受刀杆尺寸的限制,未能采用机夹刀具。采用焊接刀具,刀杆将随刀片磨损后的反复刃磨,到一定程度(经测试一般磨去1/3)而报废,造成刀杆大量浪费。针对这个问题,我们经多次反复试验,革新成功如图所示的机夹小型镗孔刀。通过一年多的使用,证明此刀具适应范围广、更换刀片容易,可切削多台阶的孔及通孔,起到一杆多用的作用。
In the past, in the cutting φ12 ~ 16mm hole, due to the size of the arbor limit, failed to use the machine tool.
