良好的行为规范对学生的身心等各方面的发展有着重大影响。因此,我们必须要高度重视学生的不良行为尤其是规范性不良行为的矫正。利用错位思维,错开中职生不良行为规范的表面现象,弄清中职学生不良行为规范产生的自身原因、家庭环境原因以及社会和学校的原因,避免正面交锋,采用差异化策略从侧面寻找矫正中职学生不良行为规范的方法和途径,引导学生端正行为取向,进而养成良好的行为规范。
