格林 -巴利综合征 (GBS)又称急性炎症性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病 (AIDP) ,是以周围神经和神经根病变为主的自身免疫性脱髓鞘疾病。 GBS临床较多见 ,但其合并意识障碍、脑脊髓病变者国内外罕见报道。近 2年来我院收治 3例本病患者 ,现报告如下 ,并结合临床资料及国内外文献将其发病 Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS), also known as acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (AIDP), is an autoimmune demyelinating disease predominantly characterized by peripheral nerve and radiculopathy.
