运用血清药理学方法,取新生小鼠大脑皮层进行体外神经细胞培养,建立离体的神经细胞谷氨酸损伤模型,通过形态学观察、MTT 自动微量法研究“李氏5 号方”对原代培养皮层神经细胞谷氨酸损伤的影响。研究结果表明“李氏5 号方”水煎剂( 含挥发油成分) 虽能抑制原代培养皮层神经细胞损伤,但作用不显著,而“李氏5 号方”含药血清则能不同程度地抑制谷氨酸介导的神经损伤,并呈剂量依赖性。提示“李氏5 号方”可拮抗兴奋性氨基酸神经毒性
