针对现有输送带纵向撕裂保护装置抗干扰性差和可靠性不高的特点,设计了一种新型电磁感应式纵向撕裂监测系统。有效地解决了干扰及飘带引起的误动作问题;提出以接收信号频率作为被检测对象,大大提高了监测系统的抗干扰性。
In view of the poor anti-jamming and low reliability of the longitudinal tear protection device of the existing conveyor belt, a novel electromagnetic longitudinal tear monitoring system is designed. Effectively solves the problem of interference and misoperation caused by streamers. It is proposed to use the frequency of the received signal as the object to be detected, which greatly improves the anti-interference of the monitoring system.
