QCr0.5合金进行内氧化时,在氧源中加入稀土粉末(Ce),即在稀土气氛中进行内氧化,内氧化后测量内氧化层的厚度,并对试样进行硬度、导电性测试和组织观察与分析。结果表明,QCr0.5合金在稀土粉末气氛中进行内氧化时,内氧化层比无稀土气氛时内氧化的厚度大,也就是提高了内氧化的速率;稀土气氛下QCr0.5合金内氧化层的硬度比无稀土气氛的硬度大;稀土气氛提高合金的导电性。
