在对百合科假叶树(Ruscus aculeatus)地下部分的成分进行筛选时,分离到4种新的螺旋甾烷醇双皂甙、aculeosides A~D。报告了这些化合物的结构以及对人白血病细胞株(HL-60细胞)增殖的抑制活性。
When the components of the underground part of Ruscus aculeatus were screened, four new hexostanol saponins and aculeoides A to D were isolated. The structure of these compounds and the inhibitory activity against the proliferation of human leukemia cell lines (HL-60 cells) are reported.
