针对现有常规抽油机无法解决“大马拉小车”、能耗高的缺点。研制了以罗克韦尔plc和powerflex40变频器来实现自适应变频调速和抽油机故障诊断的系统。该控制系统通过罗克韦尔plc核心控制器来控制变频器,通过改变电动机的频率来控制抽油机的加减速,调整冲次和冲程,实现了电机的无级调速控制,并做到了转矩的匹配,调整了电机的输出功率,达到了节能降耗的目的。实验结果表明,该系统具有结构简单,良好的功能扩充性和较好的节能效果。
For the existing conventional pumping unit can not be solved “Marla trolley ”, high energy consumption shortcomings. Developed a Rockwell plc and powerflex40 converter to achieve adaptive frequency control and pumping unit fault diagnosis system. The control system through the Rockwell plc core controller to control the inverter, by changing the motor frequency to control the pumping unit acceleration and deceleration, adjust the stroke and stroke, to achieve the motor stepless speed control, and to do Torque matching, adjust the motor output power, reaching the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. Experimental results show that the system has the advantages of simple structure, good function expansion and good energy-saving effect.
