本文报告我院经手术与病理证实的胃平滑肌肿瘤29例，术前误诊23例．误诊率79．3％。认为胃平滑肌肿瘤临床表现不典型．缺乏特异性检查手段，医生对其临床特点认识不足和警惕性不高。胃镜在本病诊断上的局限性和在胃镜下对本病的局部表现认识不足，以及对影像学检查缺乏综合分析和判断经验等是临床造成误诊的主要原因。
This article reports 29 cases of gastric smooth muscle tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital. 23 cases were misdiagnosed before surgery. The misdiagnosis rate was 79.3%. The clinical manifestations of gastric smooth muscle tumors are not typical. Lack of specific examination methods, doctors lack awareness of their clinical features and are not vigilant. The limitations of gastroscopy in the diagnosis of this disease and the lack of understanding of the local manifestations of the disease under gastroscopy, as well as the lack of comprehensive analysis and judgment experience in imaging examinations are the main causes of clinical misdiagnosis.
