用“多用被动回避反射仪”研究了益脑灵翻转氢溴酸东莨菪碱(Scop)和乙醇所致大、小鼠学习记忆获得及再现损害;结果表明,益脑灵15.4g/kg、7.7g/kg 灌胃7天能翻转 Scop 所致大鼠学习获得损害;23.0g/kg、7.7g/kg 可翻转 Scop 所致小鼠学习记忆获得损害(避暗法),并能翻转 Scop 所致小鼠记忆再现损害(跳台法);3.9g/kg 能翻转乙醇所致小鼠记忆再现损害。结果提示益脑灵有改善动物的学习记忆功能。
Using a “multi-use passive avoidance reflector” to study the learning and memory acquisition and reproduction damage caused by scopolamine hydrobromide (Scop) and ethanol caused by Yinaoling, and the results showed that YiNaoling was 15.4g/kg and 7.7g/ Kg can be induced by 7 days of intragastric administration of Scop in rats; 23.0 g/kg, 7.7 g/kg can reverse the learning and memory impairment induced by Scop (darking method), and can reverse Scrop induced mice Memory reproduction damage (jumping method); 3.9g/kg can reverse the memory-induced damage of mice caused by ethanol. The results suggest that Yinaoling can improve the learning and memory function of animals.
