一、绪言近年来,人们一直想把双相钢用于车轮箍上。可是由于在对接焊以后,轧制成形阶段期间。局部截面收缩和或发生断裂,所以试验没有成功。这种失败与焊接热影响区域(HAZ)中的软化现象有关。除象焊接条件一类的生产参数以外,双相钢的机械性能和显微组织性能应是造成这一问题的主要原因。本文报导了各种不同型号的双相钢板电弧对接焊热影响区域中软化特性和它的机理。
