我们淮阴师专附中创办于1976年,是一所规模较大但比较年轻的一般完中,为市直属中学。前几年,由于管理上缺乏科学性,一度时期,学生中违纪违法现象屡有发生,引起社会和家长的强烈不满。通过三年的辛勤工作,附中面貌已得到基本改变,开始跨入先进行列,先后获得“淮阴德育工作先进单位”、“淮阴市文明单位”等称号。办好一所学校,首要的是要明确办学目标,制定办学方针。我们的办学目标是:全面贯彻党的办学方针,创办规范有特色的学校,培养合格有特长的学生,把附中办成市区同类中学的窗口学校。确定了办学目标之后,组织好一支教师队伍,去实施这个办学目标,便成为至关重要的事了。因此,我们十分重视教师队伍的建设,强化了规范管理。教师队伍
