本文用琼脂单相自由扩散法测定了126例经CT扫描证实的急性脑血管病患者血清免疫球蛋白,结果报道如下。本组126例中,男74例,女52例,年龄20~78岁。脑梗塞68例,高血压性脑出血44例,蛛网膜下腔出血14例。发病后2~15d测定,早晨6~7h抽空腹血进行血清免疫球蛋白测定,其结果与100例正常人进行对照比较。结果脑梗塞IgG 13.01±0.76g/L,IgA2806±443mg/L,IgM1730±135mg/L;高血压脑出血IgG12.63±0.55g/L,IgA2631±311mg/L,IgM 1845±230mg/L;蛛网膜下腔出血IgG 11.9±0.7g/L,IgA2666±390mg/L,IgM1467±123mg/L。正常人IgG 11.3±0.3g/L,IgA1704±568
In this paper, agar single-phase free diffusion method was measured in 126 cases of CT-confirmed serum of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease immunoglobulin, the results reported below.
