发展市场经济,建立现代企业制度,对企业领导班子建设提出了很高的要求,成为企业能否生存发展的关键。我们的体会是,要切实形成班子的整体合力,起码要加强5个方面的工作,用“五力”合成。一、增添原动力,学习主动化。一个进取的班子,实干的班子,首先应该是一个善于学习、勤于思考的班子。去年以来,我们在班子建设上讲得最多的,抓得最紧的,就是班子成员的学习。持之以恒抓学习,使班子成员间有了共同的思想基础。工作起来,大家对一些事情的看法和认识,总能不谋而合,心想到一块,话说到一块,事办到一块,即便是有一些不同的看法,也能从团结的愿望出发,求大同,存小异。二、塑造吸引力,作风务实化。我们车站的企业精神,就是从实而干,唯优而争。所以在班子建设
