目的:比较不同炮制工艺对蒙药中微量元素含量的影响,为蒙药炮制工艺的优化提供依据。方法:采用传统工艺,改进工艺焖煅炮制两种蒙药,测定成品中所含10种微量元素含量并进行比较。结果:两种蒙药中含有丰富的微量元素,且改进工艺组有毒金属及砷盐含量显著低于传统工艺组(P<0.05);微量元素锰、镁、铜含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:改进工艺可以降低重金属及砷盐含量,对微量元素含量影响不显著,改良工艺优于传统工艺。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of different processing techniques on the trace element content in Mongolian medicine, and provide the basis for the optimization of Mongolian medicine processing technology. Methods: Traditional methods were used to improve the process. The two kinds of Mongolian medicines were processed and calcined. The content of 10 trace elements contained in the finished product was determined and compared. Results: There were abundant trace elements in the two kinds of Mongolian medicines, and the content of toxic metals and arsenic salts in the improved process group was significantly lower than that in the traditional technology group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the content of trace elements manganese, magnesium, and copper (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The improved technology can reduce the content of heavy metals and arsenic, and has no significant effect on trace element content. The improved technology is superior to the traditional technology.
