目的观察脑梗死患者早期强化阿托伐他汀治疗后对血清脂联素(APN)、血脂水平及颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(IMT)的影响。方法从天津市黄河医院选取2015年6月-2016年4月收治的脑梗死合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者104例,随机分为研究组和对照组各52例,对照组给予脑梗死常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙。在治疗前及治疗后3 d、7 d、1个月时,抽取静脉血检测患者APN、血脂水平,颈动脉超声检测IMT。结果两组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、APN及IMT指标在治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3 d开始,研究组与对照组APN水平较治疗前明显升高,且研究组血清APN水平明显高于对照组;治疗1个月后,研究组LDL-C、TC明显低于对照组,IMT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期阿托伐他汀强化治疗可以增加患者APN水平及有效降低血脂水平,同时能够降低IMT。
Objective To observe the effect of early atorvastatin on serum adiponectin (APN), blood lipid and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods From June 2015 to April 2016, 104 cases of cerebral infarction with carotid atherosclerosis were selected from Yellow River Hospital of Tianjin. They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 52 cases each. The control group was given routine treatment of cerebral infarction, Study group in the control group based on the addition of atorvastatin calcium. Before treatment and 3 d, 7 d, 1 month after treatment, venous blood samples were collected for APN, blood lipid levels and carotid artery ultrasound for IMT. Results There was no significant difference in TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, APN and IMT between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). APN levels in study group and control group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and APN levels in study group were significantly higher than those in control group 3 days after treatment; LDL-C and TC in study group were significantly lower than those in control group , IMT lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Early atorvastatin treatment can increase APN level and decrease blood lipid level, meanwhile reduce IMT.
