前言目前,时间推移法干涉测量术和画等值线技术的应用受到了限制,因为用照相术检验的工序不能适应成批生产检验和非破坏性试验的要求。如用照相方法检验汽车轮胎,每个轮胎消耗的时间和成本是非常高的。本文所叙的时间推移干涉测量术和画等值线技术是使用电视系统来实行的,电视系统既快又不消耗材料。此外,这种技术可使用电信号,照相术则不能。电视系统的主要限制是转换器的空间分辨率低,我们将看到分辨率限制对系统性能方面的影响。
Preface At present, the application of the time-lapse method interferometry and contouring techniques is limited because the procedures for photographic examination can not meet the requirements of mass production testing and non-destructive testing. Such as the use of photographic methods to test car tires, each tire consumption time and cost is very high. The time-lapse interferometry and contouring techniques described in this article are implemented using television systems that consume both materials quickly and without consumables. In addition, this technique uses electrical signals, while photography does not. The main limitation of a television system is the low spatial resolution of the converter, and we will see the impact of resolution limitations on system performance.
