本文探讨利用小波变换方法来诊断轮齿表面故障。在疲劳试验的过程中,测量齿轮箱的振动加速度和齿根应力,以及观察轮齿表面质量。随着疲劳试验的进展,齿轮的轮齿表面由于剥落损伤而受损。当一个轮齿失效时,使用振动分析即可以诊断出失效的轮齿。然而,当相邻的多个轮齿失效时,则难以诊断出每一个轮齿失效。使用动态齿根应力的时-频分析可以检测出轮齿表面的失效位置。 This article explores the use of wavelet transform to diagnose tooth surface faults. During the fatigue test, the vibration acceleration and root stress of the gearbox were measured, and the surface quality of the gear teeth was observed. As the fatigue test progresses, the gear tooth surfaces are damaged by spalling damage. When one tooth fails, the broken tooth can be diagnosed using vibration analysis. However, when a plurality of adjacent teeth fail, it is difficult to diagnose each tooth failure. Time-frequency analysis using dynamic tooth root stress can detect the location of the tooth surface failure.
