北京京城机电控股有限责任公司工会认真学习贯彻党的十八大、习近平总书记系列重要讲话和中国工会十六大会议精神,围绕公司“十二五”战略规划积极稳步推进,2013年在职工素质教育、激发职工创造活力和职工职业发展方面都取得了明显的成效。目前已建企业级职工创新工作室21家。2013年创新工作室创新立项165项,完成7147项,完成率89%。全年公司设立9个竞赛工种组织职工技能大赛,全系统共有2100余名职工参加了不同工种的内部筛选和竞赛选拔,234名选手晋身决赛,最终56名技能高手金榜题名。此外,与系统各单位人力资源部门配合开展高技能人才培训,组织重点群体培训。有22个单位1200余名中层以上管理者
Beijing JCH Electrical and Mechanical Holding Co., Ltd.
