优化了双(2-苯并咪唑基)烷烃的合成反应条件,以邻苯二胺和丙二酸,丁二酸及癸二酸为原料,在4 mol/L HCl为溶剂,邻苯二胺:脂肪二酸的比例为2.3:1条件下,在油浴中加热回流,反应完全后,经两种后处理方法,合成了三种双(2-苯并咪唑基)烷烃,通过红外,质普,核磁等检测手段对其结构进行了确认。并得到了双(2-苯并咪唑基)癸烷的有机晶体,通过X射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征。
The synthesis conditions of bis (2-benzimidazolyl) alkane were optimized. Using o-phenylenediamine, malonic acid, succinic acid and sebacic acid as raw materials, 4 mol / L HCl as solvent, : Fatty diacid ratio of 2.3: 1 conditions in the oil bath heated to reflux, the reaction was completed, the two after-treatment methods, the synthesis of three bis (2-benzimidazolyl) alkanes, by infrared Pu, nuclear magnetic detection methods to confirm its structure. The organic crystals of bis (2-benzimidazolyl) decane were obtained. Their structures were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction.
