本文观察94例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者血液粘度的变化，结果显示全血高切粘度（200s-1）、全血还原粘度同正常值相比无显著差别（P＞0．05）。全血中切粘度（30s-1）、全血低切粘度（3s-1）、血浆粘度均明显高于正常（P＜0．01）。提示血液粘度指标的检测可作为评价肿瘤分期的参考指标，并对肿瘤患者的治疗提供重要的指导意义。
This article observed 94 cases of patients with advanced malignant tumor blood viscosity changes, the results showed that the whole blood hyperviscosity (200s-1), whole blood reduced viscosity compared with the normal value no significant difference (P> 0.05). Whole blood viscosity (30s-1), whole blood low shear viscosity (3s-1), and plasma viscosity were significantly higher than normal (P<0.01). It is suggested that the detection of blood viscosity index can be used as a reference index for evaluating tumor staging and provide important guiding significance for the treatment of cancer patients.
