According to the two-week historical records, the distinction between men and women in rituals and systems often relates to the “big festival” of the time. Therefore, analyzing the differences reflected in the burials of different sex members will be a good starting point for understanding ancient etiquette and other customs. The remains of the Jin tombs in the Western Zhou Dynasty of the Pegasus Village site are important materials for research in this area. Pegasus Village is located in the junction of Yicheng County and Quwo County in Shanxi Province.
