我市某大型企业自备电厂的锅炉制粉系统中的球磨机发生着火爆炸,烧毁煤粉管路,造成停产,直接经济损失5万元。事后,现场发现球磨机出口处测温热电偶测温不准(误差竟达20℃);球磨机底部和煤粉管路内有大量的煤粉沉积,且测试煤粉中含有过量的黄铁矿(FeS);煤质分析发现V~r为55%,W~y为30%,A~y为20%,R_(90)为20.5%。由煤分析数据可知,此煤种为褐煤,一般褐煤中的挥发分析出温度130~170℃,易析出。当磨煤机温度升高
