为探讨白细胞介素-5(IL-5)在支气管哮喘患者气道炎症过程中的作用,随机选择8例哮喘患者雾化吸入人重组IL-5,并分别于吸入前、吸入后2h、24h和48h以放射免疫法测定痰液中嗜酸阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平。结果发现吸入IL-5后ECP水平均随时间而明显升高,至24h达最高值,48h后仍维持在较高水平。这些资料提示IL-5不仅可以直接趋化嗜酸性粒细胞浸润到哮喘患者的呼吸道,而且还能招致其活化从而参与哮喘的发病过程。
In order to investigate the role of interleukin-5 (IL-5) in airway inflammation in asthmatic patients, eight patients with asthma were randomly selected and inhaled to infect human recombinant IL-5 before inhalation, 2h, 24h And 48h by radioimmunoassay sputum acidophilic cationic protein (ECP) levels. The results showed that after inhaling IL-5 ECP levels were significantly increased over time, up to the highest value of 24h, 48h still remained at a high level. These data suggest that IL-5 not only directly chemotaxis of eosinophils infiltrating the respiratory tract of patients with asthma, but also lead to its activation and thus participate in the pathogenesis of asthma.
