本文提出的熔融吹氧钠化提钒新工艺 是将钒钛磁铁矿经回转窑选择还原,使矿石中的钒保留在熔化分离的电炉渣中,然后向高温熔融渣中吹入钠化剂和氧,进行钠化。其特点是充分利用电炉渣的余热,简化了工艺流程,从而达到降低能耗、提高钒的收率和降低生产成本的目的。 通过对熔融吹氧钠化过程的热力学分析,采用二次回归旋转设计,建立了数学模型。对数学模型的检验说明,该数学模型可以较准确地描述熔融吹氧钠化的工艺过程。
