本文针对水轮机过渡过程原型试验阶段中普遍存在的记录手段落后,获取数据精度低的问题,对原型试验的电测枝术各个环节采取措施,以提高动态参数试验记录的可靠性。利用在微机开发的数据处理系统先将试验记录转换成数据文件,在波形分析中作基线修正,消除动态参数的电平漂移。在频谱分析中在对动态参数和干扰源的频率特征有充分了解的基础上,滤除杂波干扰,还原出动态参数的本来规律,这种数据处理方法可以大幅度提高试验成果的数据精度。试验记录的数字化为进行过渡过程的深入的理论研究创造了条件。本文在对水(钅垂)法测流的数据计算和对动态力矩实测数据的分析中,作了一些探索,显示了这是有价值的技术进步。
In order to improve the reliability of test records of dynamic parameters, aiming at the problem of low accuracy of data, which is common in the prototype test of turbine during the transitional process, some measures are taken to improve the reliability of test records of dynamic parameters. The data processing system developed by the microcomputer is used to convert the test record into a data file and make a baseline correction in the waveform analysis to eliminate the level drift of the dynamic parameters. Based on the sufficient understanding of the dynamic characteristics and the frequency characteristics of the interference sources in the spectrum analysis, the clutter interference is filtered out and the original laws of the dynamic parameters are restored. This data processing method can greatly improve the data accuracy of the experimental results. The digitization of test records has created conditions for in-depth theoretical research on the transition process. This paper makes some exploration in the data calculation of water flow measurement and the analysis of measured data of dynamic torque, which shows that it is a valuable technological progress.
