殿会坪隧道是常吉高速公路中的一座双向四车道连拱隧道,进口段地质条件复杂,存在明显的偏压现象.左洞开挖过程中右洞出现初支环向开裂,边墙混凝土剥落,地表出现裂缝并有增大趋势,同时洞内周边收敛、拱顶下沉和地表沉降突然增大,变形速率加快.采取及时跟进二次衬砌和导管注浆加固洞内周边围岩的措施,右洞洞身变形和地表沉降得到控制.二衬应力测试结果反映,二衬内力小于设计强度,满足工程要求.图5,参8.
Dianpiping Tunnel is a two-way four-lane multi-arch tunnel in Changji Expressway with complex geologic conditions and obvious bias phenomenon in the entrance section. At the same time, the perimeter of the cave converges, the vault sinks and the surface subsidence suddenly increases, and the deformation rate accelerates.Considering the timely follow-up of secondary lining and conduit grouting to reinforce the surrounding rock in the tunnel, The deformation of the right hole and the settlement of the ground surface are controlled. The results of the second lining stress test show that the internal force of the second lining is less than the design strength and meet the engineering requirements.
