外语学习成绩是智力因素与非智力因素共同作用的结果。外语学习成绩=智力因素×非智力因素。优秀的非智力因素对于外语学习起不断地激发、推动、强化、感染、调节、审美和促进作用,不良的非智力品质则会对外语学习产生阻碍、干扰、中断和削弱的作用。一个人对某种活动具有长远的,正确的动机,就必定可以积极、主动、持久地去从事这种活动,并力求达到目的。
