瑜伽(yoga),本是印度梵语,为『调伏自心』之意。古代的瑜伽信徒,希望借用瑜伽体系,调控呼吸和身体,达到身心合一的境界。作为东方最古老的强身术之一,瑜伽受到越来越多的都市年轻人的喜爱。瑜伽不仅仅是一种健康养生的身体锻炼,更是一种生活方式和人生态度,包涵了全方位的修行、饮食、运动、呼吸和文化,更重要的是对心意的控制。练习瑜伽时,往往会感到几百年前的气息扑面而来,进入一个宁静深邃、能量暗涌的世界。让人卸下所有面具和包袱,寻找潜能量,与另一个自己相遇…每年的四月,是国家体育总局倡导的
Yoga (Yoga), the Indian Sanskrit, as “self-control” meaning. Ancient believers in yoga, hope to use yoga system, regulate breathing and body, to achieve the unity of physical and mental realm. As one of the oldest body strengthening techniques in the East, yoga is loved by more and more urban young people. Yoga is not only a kind of physical health exercise, but also a lifestyle and attitude towards life. It embodies a full range of practice, diet, exercise, breathing and culture, and more importantly, control of mind. Practicing yoga, often feel the breath of hundreds of years ago blowing, into a quiet deep, energy undercurrent in the world.
