现代公共图书馆服务,应积极响应公共图书馆免费开放的政策,真正做到零门槛借阅,实现仅凭身份证即可自助借还书,且不需要任何押金和费用的新服务模式。此外,公共图书馆应不断创新服务理念,建立服务中心模式,突破以往服务台仅用于解答读者咨询的传统观念,现代图书馆应力图将服务中心打造为整个图书馆的中枢神经和指挥平台,真正做到零距离服务。笔者以滨州市图书馆新馆为例探索公共图书馆零门槛、零距离的新服务。
Modern public library services should actively respond to the free and open policy of public libraries, truly achieve zero-threshold borrowing, and realize the new service model of borrowing and repaying books with ID cards without any deposit or fee. In addition, the public library should constantly innovate the service concept, establish the service center mode, and break through the traditional concept that the service desk was only used to answer the reader’s advice. The modern library should try hard to build the service center as the central nerve and command platform of the entire library, Truly zero distance service. The author takes Binzhou New Library as an example to explore the zero threshold and zero distance new services of public library.
