本文针对“东方红3型”垂直探鱼仪换能器的性能稳定性问题,从理论上分析了影响换能器性能稳定性的主要因素,并提出了改进的方案。采取对压电陶瓷进行温度加速老化,降低粘合剂的固化温度,加预应力螺杆提高压电陶瓷的抗张强度等措施。经过大量实验证明这对提高垂直探鱼仪换能器的性能稳定性是行之有效的,从而大大地提高了垂直探鱼仪换能器的成品率。
In this paper, in view of the performance stability of the “Dongfanghong-3” vertical fish finder transducer, the main factors affecting the stability of the transducer performance are analyzed theoretically and the improved schemes are proposed. Take the piezoelectric ceramic accelerated aging, reducing the curing temperature of the adhesive, plus prestressed screw to improve the piezoelectric ceramic tensile strength and other measures. After a large number of experiments proved that this is to improve the performance of vertical fish finder transducer stability is effective, thus greatly improving the vertical fish finder transducer yield.
