焦家金矿充填系统所设计的立式砂仓是属加拿大克尔—艾迪生(Kerr—Addison)类型,是混凝土半球形底部结构,高径比为1.85:1。旋流分级脱泥后的沉砂落入砂仓,并沉淀成饱和层砂。充填时,利用砂仓底部三圈喷管上79个喷咀的射流再造浆,以调节放砂流量和浓度,使之连续放出所需要的尾砂浆。1977年6月完成设计,1978年12月建成并进行放砂试验,1979年3月到8月又进行全面的工业试验,同年12月交付生产使用。通过工业试验,已为今后生产模索出放砂规律和放砂操作程序。本文通过设计和试验的实践经验总结,提出今后设计中值得重现的和有待从理论上研究的几个问题,并总结出立式尾砂仓的四大优点。
The vertical sand bin designed by Jiaojia Gold Filling System is of the Canadian Kerr-Addison type and is a concrete hemispherical bottom structure with a height-to-diameter ratio of 1.85: 1. Grit after desliming cyclone sand falling into the sand warehouse, and sediment into a saturated sand. Filling, the use of the bottom of the three rounds of sand spray nozzles on the nozzle 79 to re-pulp, in order to regulate the flow rate and concentration of sand, so that the continuous release of the tailings needed. The design was completed in June 1977 and completed in December 1978 with the sand release test. From March to August 1979, a full-scale industrial test was carried out and the product was delivered for use in December of the same year. Through industrial tests, the law of releasing the sand and the operating procedures for releasing the sand have been found for future production. This article summarizes the practical experience of design and test, puts forward some problems that should be reappeared in the future design and needs to be theoretically studied, and summarizes the four advantages of vertical tailing silos.
