目的观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果。方法选取医院2015年2月-2016年7月收治的干眼症患者70例(140眼),随机分为2组,每组35例(70眼)。观察组给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗,对照组给予聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗,比较2组患者眼表荧光素染色分级、治疗效果、基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)、眼部症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)与结膜充血评分。结果观察组眼表荧光素染色分级降低率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为94.29%高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前SIT、眼部症状评分、BUT与结膜充血评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组治疗后眼部症状评分、BUT与结膜充血评分均改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后SIF比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果显著,可降低眼表荧光素染色分级,延长泪液蒸发时间。
Objective To observe the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops in the treatment of dry eye syndrome. Methods Seventy patients (140 eyes) with dry eye were selected from February 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital and were randomly divided into two groups (35 eyes). The observation group was given recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops treatment, the control group was treated with polyethylene glycol eye drops, ocular surface fluorescein staining grading, the treatment effect, the basis of tears Secretion Test (SIT), Ocular Symptom Score, Tear Burst Time (BUT), and Conjunctival Congestion Rating. Results The reduction rate of ocular surface fluorescein staining in observation group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate in observation group was 94.29% higher than 74.29% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of SIT, eye symptom scores, BUT and conjunctival hyperemia scores in the two groups were not significantly different before treatment (P> 0.05). The scores of ocular symptoms, BUT and conjunctival hyperemia scores were improved in both groups after treatment (P0.05) , And the observation group improved better than the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in SIF between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops have significant effects on the treatment of dry eye, which can reduce the ocular surface fluorescein staining grade and extend the lachrymal evaporation time.
