晚期混合裂变产物的胃肠道阻吸收及促排研究

本文采用液体闪烁测定法研究了褐藻酸钠和普鲁士蓝对晚期混合裂变产物的胃肠道阻吸收作用。结果表明:褐藻酸钠和普鲁士蓝对晚期混合裂变产物均有阻吸收作用,以普鲁士蓝的作用为明显,血液、肝、肾、脾、骨和尿液中的放射性比活度均比对照组低。它们两者同时使用效果更佳,如再同时给予促排剂DTPA或喹胺酸在增加已吸收的核素自尿中排除的同时,也增加了组织中的放射性活度,说明促排剂增加了晚期混合裂变产物自肠道的吸收。P<0.01组有差异,余无明显差异;尿、肝、肾各组间两两比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01);脾除与对照组比有明显差异,余无明显差异;骨骼与对照组比均有显著性差别,除实验3组外,实验5组与其他组有显著性差别,余组间无显著性差别。讨论褐藻酸钠是锶的特异性阻吸收剂,普鲁士蓝是铯的特异性阻吸收剂[3]。在分别使用的情况下,褐藻酸钠只能对混合裂变产物中的锶阻吸收而不能阻止其他核素的吸收,而普鲁士蓝也只能阻止混合裂变产物中铯的吸收,所以它们分别使用能不同程度地降低组织和尿中混合裂变产物的含量。血液中的混合裂变产物含量除实验5组外,余无明显差异,这与锶和铯进入血液后以离子态或与有机酸结合成络合物形式较快地转移至器官组织特性有关。肌注?
