社会老龄化导致学校教师年龄结构的断层,学科结构不合理导致学科断层,知识结构不合理导致知识断层,这种现象在农村学校更为突出。这些断层影响了学校可持续发展。要解决这个问题,最重要的是促进广大教师,特别是青年教师的专业成长,让青年教师尽快成为学校发展的生力军。本课题从“校本培训——深挖自身潜力、联动教研——借用它山之石、行动研究——提高教学水平、创新机制——激发教师热情”四个方面提出了解决这一问题的策略,以此来补缺因年龄断层所带来的发展后劲不足的问题。
The aging of society leads to the age structure of teachers in schools. The irrational structure of disciplines leads to the dissection of subjects and the unreasonable knowledge structure leads to knowledge faults. This phenomenon is more prominent in rural schools. These faults affect the school’s sustainable development. To solve this problem, it is of utmost importance to promote the professional growth of a large number of teachers, especially young teachers, so that young teachers can become a new force in school development as soon as possible. This subject has proposed to solve this problem from four aspects: “school-based training - digging one’s own potentiality, linking research and teaching - borrowing the stone from it, action research - improving teaching level, innovating mechanism - inspiring teachers’ enthusiasm” In order to fill the problem of lack of development potential due to age-related faults.
