本文研究了铝-铜铸造合金成分、性能与其微观组织结构间的关系。研究表明,过渡族元素对于提高合金基体结构的热稳定性和显微不均匀性具有显著的作用,而稀土元素的主要贡献在于形成网状或骨架状的稳定金属间化合物,起强化晶界的作用。
In this paper, the relationship between the composition and properties of the aluminum-copper casting alloy and its microstructure was studied. The results show that transitional elements play a significant role in improving the thermal stability and microscopic heterogeneity of the alloy matrix. The main contribution of rare earth elements is the formation of network-like or framework-like stable intermetallic compounds, strengthening the grain boundaries effect.
